Stephanos George Eapen, Principal Consultant & Heads Strategic and Value Innovation practice at Innomantra has 20+years developing and delivering programmes in executive education around the world, George has held various academic roles including Affiliated Professor of the Practice of Management at INSEAD in Abu Dhabi, Academic Programme Director at CEDEP in France and Visiting Professor at the Russian School of Business at Skolkovo.

He has been responsible for developing and managing relationships with large multinational clients such as Tata, Danone, Axa, Valeo and L'Oreal. He designed and delivered custom programmes all over the world. At Innomantra he designed and developed the Strategic and Value Innovation practice. He also practices functional Innovation methodology for leaders.

A member of the Blue Ocean Strategy Network, George co-founded Strategy Regeneration a group that uses the Blue Ocean methodology to run in-company workshops. He worked with Chan Kim and Renee Mauborgne, authors of The Blue Ocean Strategy, in the development and delivery of Blue Ocean Strategy Programmes and Seminars for Executive Development in the global marketplace, such companies like Abbott, AXA, Aviva, Danone, Pfizer, Starwood among others. He adapted the methodology to challenges at the Base of the Pyramid and Sustainability, working with the Centre for Social Innovation at INSEAD.

Rakesh Babu is a Design Thinker, COO & Executive Director at Innomantra. Dr. Kumudhini Ravindra, an Innovation Researcher, Coach and Design Thinker has over eighteen years of multidisciplinary experience. She has worked in Innovation Management and Design Thinking Methodology, Technology Management, Knowledge Management, e-learning, Academia and Business research. She has a strong quantitative modeling and system simulation background along with Innovation Product Lifecycle Management (iPLM) experience. At Innomantra she leads the Innovation Research and strategic Innovation at Innomantra and currently working on Innovation research and case development.

Prior to Innomantra she was a part of Noorgo Inc a U.S Innovation and Idea Management organization and she has also been a co-founder of several Cleantech and education based organizations and brings with her a focused approach to problem solving. Kenneth is a writer, speaker, leadership adviser and executive learning designer. She co-led the transformation of a Shanghai based production joint venture to become one of the most innovative sights in China.

She co-crafts innovation management in companies to lead teams to better innovation results and to manage the transition to new thinking and handling of change. Usha Raghunath, heads the People and Organizational Transformation practice at Innomantra. Prior to Innomantra, Usha worked for fourteen years at Wipro Ltd, from 2002-2017, with a short stint, setting up the Consulting Education Practice at IBM in 2008-09. She has been an Executive and Life Coach from 2010.

She brings more than 30 years of wide-ranging professional experience. She spent the first eight years of her career developing software and managing software projects and the rest in organizational learning, leadership development, and organizational transformation. Sabine Reppert is the Principal -Digital Transformation Leadership, Speaker and Author at Innomantra and founder and director of Intent-X Limited, consulting firm based in Hong Kong, enabling business leaders in driving digital transformation and innovation in the new digital age more effectively. Sabine has extensive experience in mastering technology innovations and change at a large scale. From 1995 to 2011 she worked as a software engineer, system safety manager, product manager, project management specialist and sales manager in the international railway industry in Germany and the USA. In this capacity, Sabine was involved in defining, developing and rolling out the European High-Speed Network and modernizing the New York City Subway Control System. In 2011, Sabine started her first business in Germany as a coach, consultant and trainer. Since 2014, Sabine is operating her consultancy firm out of Hong Kong. Sabine’s focus is driving intentional innovation and business transformation in the field of Smart City, IoT, Blockchain and FinTech leadership workshops, coaching, consulting and interims management services.

He has over 14 years of experience in Automotive and Aerospace Industry, Innovation Management and New Product Development. His expertise is in transforming Ideas into Innovative products. He has facilitated several Innovation programmes, workshops and Ideation sessions. Prior to Innomantra, he did his research work at Indian Institute of Science and Aeronautical Development Agency, Bangalore India. Later he was part of organizations such as Bosch, Siemens VDO and Continental Automotive.

Chaminda Hermal Karunanayake is the County head- Sri Lanka and Principal innovation consultant and innovation leadership and strategy consultant. Alumni of Herriot Watt University, oldest university alumni of the UK. Chaminda is the inventor of the first patent holder among Sri Lankan Company in the telecom sector.

Chaminda is an innovator, service industry specialist and seasoned techno marketer with proven track record in business developments, marketing and innovations for 20 +years. Founder and managing director of Hypernet Technologies, Sri Lanka’s premier distributor of high tech telecom equipment. He is also the founding directors of Evoke International, Sri Lanka largest digital content licensing company and Evoke International. He was also a member of the past executive committee of Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing and a member of Watt Club.

He holds MSc in Business Psychology from Herriot Watt University. He is Leipzig University’s Certified Innovation Manager. He is the first Sri Lankan recipient of Amebae Management Training from the AOTS Research Institute, Osaka, Japan. Certified Professional Marketer and holds Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing.
